    Student Life

    • More than 20 student organizations offer the opportunity to supplement classroom learning and enrich students' law school and professional experience
    • Leaders from each organization also participate in the Student Bar Association
    • New student organizations are added each year
    • Because service is a core value of LMU and LMU Law, students volunteer to serve others in a variety of ways throughout the year, including community service
    • We prioritize supporting past and current members of the military, National Guard, and law enforcement

LMU Law has over 20 student organizations, summer law based, leadership based, and social groups.

Environmental Law, sports law, LGBTQ rights, whatever you want to start the club in, we'd love for you to do it.

Being part of student organizations has helped me be a part of the community. Has helped my leadership skills and further fleshed out my interests in the law.

Each organization hosts a lot of networking events. You get out there, you meet attorneys. You get internships.

Yesterday, we had two individuals here from the FBI, and they were here for the criminal law club.

One of the core values of the school is service. It's a huge part of the law school experience because you're able to volunteer and serve underprivileged communities in a legal aspect.

I'm this year student Bar Association president. Since we're a newer law school, that means that I get to help effectuate change here on campus. Dean Matthews always says This university can be what you want it to be, and that's exactly what we're trying to do.

I feel like our student body is really a tight knit community who support each other, whether it's in school in their personal lives or in the professional field, and I'm really proud to be a part of this school.
